TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for visiting the Just Glasses website at www.just-glasses.co.uk (the “Site”). This document, together with the documents referred to in it, gives you the terms and conditions on which you may use the Site. We may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time, so please review them each time that you visit the Site or use the Application. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you should leave the site immediately.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS (“Terms”)

By visiting our website (“Site”) and/or purchasing something from us, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions and you are deemed to have entered into an agreement with Just Glasses.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

All Prices are inclusive of UK VAT. 

CHANGES TO THE SITE

Just Glasses reserves the right to suspend, change, modify, add or remove portions of content available on the Site at any time and to restrict the use and accessibility of the Site.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY


We will try to ensure continuous availability of the Site, and all the Content of the Site, but accepts no responsibility for the consequences of interruptions or delays, whatever the cause may be.

LINKING TO OUR SITE


You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is legal and which does not damage our reputation. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. Our Site must not be framed on any other site, nor should you establish a link to any part of our Site other than the home page, without our prior permission.

TRANSMISSION OF PERSONAL DATA/USER COMMUNICATIONS


Any personal information or feedback you provide via this Site cannot be guaranteed against interception by a third party while in transit over the public internet, but will be governed by our Privacy Statement once received.

PLACING AND RECEIVING AN ORDER

Immediately after placing an order with Just Glasses, you will receive a confirmation email, showing full details and cost of the order. You will receive a further email informing you of the dispatch of your order. About a month after receiving an order from Just Glasses, a promotional email will be sent to you. If you do not wish to receive any further emails, it is possible to easily unsubscribe from receiving promotional emails in the future.

USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

We reserve the right to monitor, edit and/or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable.

In submitting information to our site, you are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. Just Glasses takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.

INDEMNITY

You will indemnify us and keep us indemnified against all losses, expenses, costs and liabilities which arise as a result of or in connection with your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

RETURNS/REFUND POLICY

Our returns policy is uncomplicated: We offer a no quibble returns policy.

If you are not happy with your reading glasses within 14days, we will give you a full refund for the glasses (postage excluded!). 

For instance if you feel they don’t suit you or they are uncomfortable, just return them. Don’t forget to include your name and address and if possible your order number. Don’t worry if you can’t find it – we will. As we are generous with our terms we don’t expect our customers to take advantage of us.

Usual conditions apply, glasses must be returned in original case and undamaged. Please return within 14 days.

Likewise if the glasses arrive damage or broken we will replace these glasses free of charge. If glasses are faulty we will offer you a full refund or a replacement pair – whatever suits you. We will do our utmost to make sure you are pleased with our glasses and our service. 

NO WARRANTIES

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the high quality and accuracy of the Site, Just Glasses provides no warranty, whether expressly or implied, of any kind including but not limited to any implied warranties or implied terms of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. All such implied terms and warranties are hereby excluded.

VALIDITY

If any part or provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of any other part or provision.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions, the Guidelines and any document expressly referred to in them constitute the whole agreement between us and supersede all previous discussions, correspondence, negotiations, previous arrangement, understanding or agreement between us relating to the subject matter of these Terms and Conditions.

JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with British Law. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts  shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms or the legal relationship established by them, and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the courts.
