This document, together with the documents referred to in it, gives you the terms and conditions on which you may use the Site. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS (“Terms”)
By visiting our website (“Site”) and/or purchasing something from us, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions and you are deemed to have entered into an agreement with Just Glasses.
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

PLACING AND RECEIVING AN ORDER
Immediately after placing an order with Just Glasses, you will receive a confirmation email, showing full details and cost of the order. You will receive a further email informing you of the dispatch of your order. About a month after receiving an order from Just Glasses, a promotional email will be sent to you. If you do not wish to receive any further emails, it is possible to easily unsubscribe from receiving promotional emails in the future.
USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
We reserve the right to monitor, edit and/or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable.
In submitting information to our site, you are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. Just Glasses takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.
You will indemnify us and keep us indemnified against all losses, expenses, costs and liabilities which arise as a result of or in connection with your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Our returns policy is uncomplicated: We offer a no quibble returns policy.
If you are not happy with your reading glasses within 14days, we will give you a full refund for the glasses (postage excluded!).
For instance if you feel they don’t suit you or they are uncomfortable, just return them. Don’t forget to include your name and address and if possible your order number. Don’t worry if you can’t find it – we will. As we are generous with our terms we don’t expect our customers to take advantage of us.
Usual conditions apply, glasses must be returned in original case and undamaged. Please return within 14 days.
Likewise if the glasses arrive damage or broken we will replace these glasses free of charge. If glasses are faulty we will offer you a full refund or a replacement pair – whatever suits you. We will do our utmost to make sure you are pleased with our glasses and our service.
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the high quality and accuracy of the Site, Just Glasses provides no warranty, whether expressly or implied, of any kind including but not limited to any implied warranties or implied terms of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. All such implied terms and warranties are hereby excluded.
If any part or provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of any other part or provision.
These Terms and Conditions, the Guidelines and any document expressly referred to in them constitute the whole agreement between us and supersede all previous discussions, correspondence, negotiations, previous arrangement, understanding or agreement between us relating to the subject matter of these Terms and Conditions.
JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with British Law. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms or the legal relationship established by them, and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the courts.
The information and reference materials on this website are intended solely for the informational purposes of the reader. Reading glasses are not a substitute for prescription glasses and Justglasses is an online retailer of glasses. We are in no way an optician or have any legal medical qualifications in respect of eyecare required. Nor is Just Glasses giving the impression that we are an optician. You should have your eyes examined regularly by a qualified optometrist or ophthalmologist. The reading glasses, sunglasses and goggles sold on this site are sold as “ready-made off the shelf” non specialist eyecare. If you have any eye concerns or are unsure of your eye health you must seek a professionally qualified optician before purchasing from Just Glasses. Our glasses are not suitable for children under the age of 16 years and not suitable for users with existing medical eye conditions.
Should any of our reading or any of the glasses bought from this store cause you dicomfort or any negative medical symptons you should stop wearing the glasses immediately.
Before any purchase you should seek professional advise of the pair you wish to purchase with a qualified optician to ensure that they are suitable for your condition and needs. Just Glasses does not accept ANY medical liability.
None of the glasses here should be used as a replacement for a prescription pair of glasses nor should they be used for driving purposes.
